The reef Theme claims to be responsive. That seems to be right for the Start (Home) page. All other Header images are only cut when displayed on a mobile device. Where can I change this?

Hello,
The header banner image is in the background. And this is the default nature of the background image in responsive devices. In small device, the content’s height over the image will increase. So, to cover all the contents, the image need to little zoomed, causing it may hide some portion of the image.
