Hello, I cannot figure out how to post a screenshot to this forum. Is there an email I can send it to?

When I was using the Businex theme in WordPress, it said upgrade to Pro. It took me to this site. I purchased the upgraded version. I received a purchase confirmation for one license with a license key. Where do I put in this key?

Step 1 discusses installation procedures. When I go back to WordPress and search for a new theme, Businex Pro does not show up, and I cannot find a place to put in the license key.
There is also a reference to a file named “businex-pro.zip”. However, I do not see where to download this file.

Please let me know how I can get this theme activated and installed on my site, as I am excited to use it. Thank you!

Hi,

After the Theme purchase, you will get a mail with title “Purchase Receipt” including download file link. Then, you need to upload that theme file through cPanel or FTP.

After that, Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and click active button for the theme.

Regarding the activate license key, simply copy the key, then go to your site Dashboard > Appearance > Theme License and enter the key into the “License Key” field. Click “Save Changes” to activate your license.

Anytime a new version of the Theme is available, you will be notified of the update just like any other WordPress plugin.

Hello, yes I received the email, but the only link takes me to the general website. When I click the businex theme, I see an option to buy or download now. When I download that, the file is named businex.1.0, and the instructions said the file should be named businex-pro.zip.
Can you please resend the link or confirm how I can get what I need?

We think, you are a little bit confused about Free version and Pro Version. After purchase you will get businex-pro.1.0.0.zip where at free download you will get businex.1.0.0.zip
Although, as you have already purchased the theme, we will send you a copy of businex-pro.1.0.0.zip at your email id. Enjoy!
