Blog Page header/featured image not working

Hi, I have set the featured image on the blog page and it is still showing as the old default image. Every other page I have been able to change the image on the blog. http://www.charlottemcalpine.com is the site.

You can change the image from the Header image section going through Dashborad > Appearance > Customize > Header image.
