Hello draogn27,

Thank you for using Bizplan Theme. Please follow the steps below to get rid of overlay.

  1. From Dashboard Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS
  2. Paste following CSS code
  3. Click Publish

.wrap-inner-banner .page-header{background-color: transparent;}

To remove Page Title and Breadcrumb, we have this functionality available only in Pro version of Bizplan.
